| Dear Jessica,
United Valley stands alongside its member agencies, providing them with superior market access and profit sharing, empowering them with services they've neither the time or the capital to put into play. We want to share our latest news with you.

Pay As You Go Premium
In these tough times, more than ever, your customers need to hang on to as much cash flow as possible. You can aid in this goal by placing their WC premium, usually the largest item in their insurance budget, on a Pay As You Go Premium Payment plan. Not only is the deposit eliminated, the audit is no longer a financial surprise. Premium payments are withdrawn as frequently as pay checks are issued and vary directly with the payroll amount. United Valley Payroll Data Processing, LLC, has partnered with AmTrust, CNA, Employers Ins. Group, Guard, Preferred Employers, Travelers and Zenith to offer this option.

Imagine a service that mails industry-specific post cards and pamphlets, already printed with your agency logo and contact information, directly to your prospects. No need to dream if you're a member of United Valley Insurance Services. United Valley's Business Marketing Center does just that and is exclusive to members.

I send this note of acknowledgement and support of the efforts of Seneca Insurance Company. I have insured a largely vacant townhome development for the past 2 years with a surplus lines carrier. This year, I marketed the risk with Seneca and Rae Ellen carefully underwrote the risk, coming in at a sellable premium ($25,247 for $8.4 MM TIV, special perils) at the significant commission increase afforded by the carrier: 20%. A favorable payment plan adds value.
This is a win for the insured, Murray and Murray and United Valley. I appreciate the synergies afforded by our work together for mutual benefit.
Best wishes for our future success together.
